Traders Till is built for home-scale producers running their own farm stands and micro-farm operations. Your data is yours. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account basics: your email, your operation name, and (optionally) a profile photo.
- Operation data: the products, sales, expenses, and other records you enter while using the app.
- Authentication metadata: when you signed in, from which device, and (if you use Google) the basic Google account info needed to verify your identity.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your operation data with third parties except the infrastructure providers we need to run the app (hosting, database, email delivery).
- We do not show ads or use your data to target you with ads on other sites.
Analytics & cookies
We use a few privacy-respecting analytics services to understand how the app is used so we can improve it - PostHog (product analytics, configured to respect “Do Not Track,” with session recording off), Google Analytics 4 (traffic measurement only - we do not enable ads personalization), and Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless performance metrics). These track product usage, not your operation records, and we never sell this data. You can opt out by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser.
Export and deletion
You can export everything tied to your account from Settings → Export to CSV. You can delete your account from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account - we keep a 30-day soft-delete window in case you change your mind, then your data is permanently removed.
