Terms of Service

By using Traders Till, you agree to these basic terms. They exist to keep the service usable for everyone.

One account, one operation

Each account represents one home-scale producer running one farm stand or micro-farm operation. You may sell across multiple channels (farm stand, farmers market, online, wholesale) from inside that account.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the legal and tax compliance of your own operation. Traders Till helps you track and organize - it doesn't replace your accountant, lawyer, or local cottage-food regulator.
• You keep your sign-in credentials secure and don't share them with people who shouldn't have access.
• You don't use Traders Till to do things that would be illegal in the jurisdiction where you operate.

Our responsibilities

• We keep the app running, ship improvements over time, and fix bugs we're made aware of.
• We protect your data per the Privacy Policy.
• We don't guarantee zero downtime, but we do our best to keep it minimal and to give notice when planned maintenance is coming.

Pricing and tiers

The free tier is free forever (with reasonable limits). Paid tiers are billed monthly or yearly and may change over time - when they do, we'll give existing subscribers notice before the new pricing takes effect. Cancel anytime.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms; we'll always try to reach you first so you can fix whatever's wrong.
