SMS Order Updates

Traders Till offers optional text-message updates about orders placed on the storefronts we host at app.traderstill.com. Traders Till operates this messaging program and is the sender of every message. Messages name the farm stand your order is picked up from, but no stand or other third party sends messages through this program.

How You Opt In

The only way to opt in is a checkbox on our checkout form, and it is unchecked by default. You open a storefront (live example: app.traderstill.com/store/slow-build-acres), add an item, choose a pickup window, and reach the Your Details step. There you may enter a phone number and tick the box labeled Text Me Order Updates. Your order can be completed with the box left unchecked, and consent is not required to make a purchase.

There is no other opt-in method: no keyword opt-in, no point-of-sale opt-in, and no purchased or transferred lists.

What We Send

Every message is a transactional status update about your own order: order confirmation, payment received, order-ready notices, pickup-window reminders, cancellation notices, and back-in-stock alerts you asked for. No marketing or promotional content is sent. Message frequency varies based on your order activity.

Rates, Help, and Opting Out

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@traderstill.com.

Your Number Is Never Shared

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or your SMS or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for order texts are disclosed only to the messaging provider that delivers those texts on our behalf, and are used only to send you messages about your own order.
